When we left Iraq after Operation Desert Storm, it became soon evident that we should not have left Saddam Hussein in power. Shortly after our victory, thousands of Iraqi Shia were slaughtered,we had to install No-Fly Zones, and the evil regime was left intact to continue its quest for chemical, biological, and nuclear weapons. At that time we were accused of having too many troops, yet this time we are accused of not having enough. Which is it? Will we learn from our mistakes, or will we continue to second guess ourselves?
